Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026. This is a plain-language description of what we do, not a long legal document — Thronos is early, and this page will get more formal as the community grows.

What We Collect

To use Thronos you need an account, which requires an email address (used only to send you a sign-in link — we never store a password). Once signed in, we store what you put into the product: your display name, and anything you write in a project — the project's title, goal, timeframe, and the messages posted in it.

How Project Privacy Works

Every project has a visibility setting you choose: public (discoverable and joinable by any member) or private (invite-only, not listed). This isn't just a display setting — it's enforced at the database level. Nobody who isn't a member of a project, public or private, can read its messages, regardless of what page they're on or how they got there.

Where Data Is Stored

Thronos runs on Supabase (EU-hosted infrastructure) for accounts and data, and Cloudflare for the website itself. We don't sell your data, and we don't run ads on this site.

Your Data, Your Say

You can ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it at any time. Until Thronos has a dedicated address, reach us at evans@toledah.com.
