From “I want to.” To “I have.”

Thronos exists to close that gap. It aims to build the capability, structure and people it takes to finish what you set out to build.

The Method

Five Steps.

01
Dream

Name the thing you intend to build.

02
Capability

Identify what you lack to do it, whether skill, structure, resources.

03
Action

Make the plan and take the first concrete step.

04
Accountability

Report your progress to people who won't let you coast.

05
Progress

Measure what moved. Repeat.

About

What Thronos Is

Thronos exists to close one gap: the distance between “I want to do this” and “I have done it.” The average person that fails to close that gap isn't lazy or unmotivated, they're just missing some combination of capability, structure, people, or accountability. Thronos is the place where that combination gets built, together, around a real project you're decided to finish.

It is not a course in the sense of lectures to sit through, and not a course in the sense of information to consume. What holds it together is the work itself; the thing you're building, and the people around you while you build it.

Its Foundation

Thronos is built on a conviction: that people were made by God with real capacity, real responsibility, and real work to do with their lives, and that becoming capable of carrying that work well is itself part of following Christ. Discipline, honesty, humility under correction, and care for the people around you aren't add-ons to the method but the foundation it stands on.

There's something you want to build.
