Section 1: Faithfulness

We value faithfulness.

We believe that worthwhile things are often built through the consistent carrying of responsibilities over time.

We therefore value people who keep their word, honour their commitments, remain dependable in difficulty, and take seriously what has been entrusted to them.

We value faithfulness even when the work is small, difficult, or unseen.

Section 2: Truth

We value truth.

We seek to see things as they are rather than as we would prefer them to be.

We therefore value honesty in speech, accuracy in work, intellectual honesty, and the willingness to acknowledge when we are wrong.

We would rather discover an uncomfortable truth and respond to it than preserve a comfortable illusion.

Section 3: Responsibility

We value responsibility.

We believe that having the ability to influence something creates a corresponding opportunity to take responsibility for it.

We therefore encourage people to take ownership of their decisions, their work, their development, their relationships, and the things entrusted to their care.

We do not seek a culture of blame. We seek a culture in which people ask:
